What matters for this move
Bruxelles and Brussel can describe the same city, but a city name alone cannot identify your delivery point. Use the address supplied by the property manager, including postcode, entrance and apartment. If your belongings are collected from both a home and a storage unit, provide two inventories. Record the receiving person’s availability separately from your own travel plans.

Your move in detail
For Brussels, Antwerp or Liège, identify the correct entrance as well as the street address. A building section, bell name and contact with working keys can matter when your own arrival and the furniture delivery take place separately.
Compare room dimensions with the pieces you intend to take. Separate decisions about transport, dismantling and reassembly. Include cellars and small storage rooms in the inventory rather than estimating only the main living space.
Copy the official French or Dutch address exactly and add your access notes separately. Share photographs and measurements together. If keys will become available later than collection, request storage explicitly and keep everyday essentials outside that shipment.
