If relatives receive the goods, share the intended furniture positions and box labels beforehand. They need available keys and a reliable telephone contact during the agreed window, not merely proximity to the building.
Measure wardrobes, solid tables and delicate glass surfaces. Identify dismantled elements and requested assembly. For a smaller load, ask about a suitable part load and state genuine date flexibility. A fixed deadline for vacating the old home is a material condition and must be highlighted.
