Photographs of the original arrangement and a plan of the new rooms help explain your expectations. Even for a small household shipment, access at both addresses remains part of the enquiry.

Shelves, mirrors and fittings can be overlooked when a wardrobe is recorded as one item. Group related components clearly and photograph delicate surfaces or older joints. This supports a useful discussion of preparation.
Give the building section, floor and receiver, together with known lift arrangements. State fixed deadlines as well as preferred dates. If collection and the Slovak key handover leave a gap, request a solution explicitly; a small volume alone does not establish a suitable part-load schedule.
