Loose panels do not explain how a wardrobe should look after assembly. Include a photograph of the assembled piece and identify its fittings. Note whether its destination room has already been chosen. Count self-packed boxes individually: floor area alone does not describe the books, crockery or storage-room contents that must travel with your furniture to Lithuania.

Identify what will be sold, stored or transported to Lithuania. Include cellar items and dismantled components. Unusual objects need measurements and photographs rather than only the planner's general volume estimate.
Measure the intended positions of wardrobes, beds and tables. Provide instructions where available. State the earliest collection, the final day of access to the old home and the first receiving date in Lithuania; request an interim solution if those dates do not meet.
