What matters for this move
For an island address, name both the island and the final property, rather than only the nearest port. A holiday-home manager’s opening hours may differ from your own arrival. Include those hours with the receiving contact’s details. Garden furniture and shed contents belong in the inventory too if they are part of the move.

Your move in detail
A house with direct access and a flat behind a courtyard need different delivery information. Describe the path from the possible vehicle position to the room where your largest furniture will stand.
For an island destination, provide the island and complete address. The connection, access and timing need to be considered together before arrangements can be confirmed. Share any instructions already received from the property manager.
Measure ceiling heights, alcoves and tight turns at the Danish address. Photographs of large wardrobes help assess dismantling and reassembly. Label the boxes you will need first and discuss any desired unloading order rather than assuming that it can be guaranteed.
