Your move in detail
If you arrive in Tallinn, Tartu or another Estonian town before your furniture, a clearly grouped inventory helps. Identify complete furniture, dismantled components and loose fittings separately, then label boxes by their destination rooms.
A desk is only one part of a home office. Decide which equipment and documents travel with you and which items belong in the removal load. Do not count personally carried items twice.
The person receiving the goods needs access to the actual apartment and relevant rooms. Provide a reliable contact and the available receiving window. Photos of delicate furniture and existing damage help discuss protection alongside the distinction between self-packed boxes and requested packing work.
