A comparatively short journey can involve complicated building access. Multiple lifts, courtyard entrances and long carrying distances should be described clearly alongside the household inventory.
Ask the manager about delivery access and lift use, then pass on confirmed instructions. Do not assume a reservation or permission exists. The person opening doors should remain reachable during the agreed period.
Group a home workstation and its equipment clearly. For a business move, add a room allocation plan. Distinguish packing and assembly from your own handling of confidential material or technical setup. Changes to the furniture list should be communicated before the collection day.
