For hillside homes, describe road width, gradients and turning space. Include any outdoor steps. Photograph glass cabinets, heavy tabletops and sensitive finishes so suitable protection and handling can be considered in the quotation.
What matters for this move
A lift may be installed in a new building without being available on your move-in date. Check its current status and record the cabin and door dimensions. For a hillside house, also describe the route from the stopping area. Assign furniture for the cellar separately from the apartment so the delivery levels can be discussed accurately.

Your move in detail
Vienna, Graz or Innsbruck gives a location but does not describe the final carrying route. For a house outside town, include the possible vehicle position and distance to the entrance.
Check alcoves, ceiling heights and doorways. A wardrobe needs both transport dimensions and its assembled measurements. Detail photographs help when joints are unclear or a piece has been repaired.
Provide the latest date for clearing the old home and the first possible reception in Austria. Request an interim arrangement if they do not align. Include cellar belongings and bulky sports equipment in the inventory, identifying heavy pieces instead of treating them as ordinary boxes.
