What matters for this move
An urban apartment, a coastal home and a house on Mallorca involve different final delivery arrangements. Give the island and full address rather than only a region. Share any access instructions from the building manager early. Recent entrance and lift photographs are especially useful when you cannot yet visit the new property personally to check its practical access.

Your move in detail
A Barcelona flat, a Costa Blanca home or a finca near Málaga needs furniture suited to the new everyday routine. Decide what you will actually use before the final packing list is prepared.
Mallorca, Ibiza and the Canary Islands need their actual island address and receiving window. A mainland plan cannot simply be reused. Your flight booking is not a confirmed delivery date for the household.
Compare current property photographs with your furniture. Separate confirmed pieces from undecided items or goods needing storage. Identify the agent or manager holding the keys, known entrance arrangements and a simple room plan. Requested packing and assembly can then be matched to that specific Spanish home.
